Introducing
Goals Accountability Blueprint training
Hey, there! I’m Kathie York, the Queen of Non-Overwhelm plus all those other goodies you read about me on the Overview page.
And I’m pumped that you clicked through to find out about one-to-one tutoring with me.
‘Cause that means you are serious about achieving goals.
This isn’t one of those $20,000 programs where you waste your time and don’t learn much.
I work with you online every week as we progress through my step-by-step process to goal success.
So … let’s take a look at what’s included in the workshops.
Then you can decide if this is the right training for you.
Common sense, functional approach
Easy, repeatable steps to use again
Seven weekly live online workshops

Seven weekly 60-minute training sessions with me | 1:1 private online meetings
Here’s what’s included …
General Information
We meet weekly and all meetings are conducted by an online Zoom call.
As you progress, you’ll discover the importance of having – and supporting – an accountability partner in this endeavor. You might even overcome self-doubt and fear of change when you follow this program’s easy, repeatable techniques for reaching goals. They work!
When the training is complete, you’ll have an actionable
blueprint for setting and reaching achievable goals
Session 1
We get to know each other a bit and then dive into a hands-on exercise to discover what we really want.
A good start as we each identify our #1 achievable goal to pursue at this time. (Yep! me too!)
Then we use a workshop to go beyond SMART objectives, taking steps to ‘speficic-ize’ our goal.
There’s no question about the direction to take from the very first lesson.
What you learn here anchors the program for you.
Session 2
You begin learning the repeatable Ducks-in-Rows Strategic Goals Plan process. This is the start of your personalized goals blueprint. Proven principles apply, and my copyrighted exercises are unique to this training.
You begin creating your actionable strategy. It’s not for anyone else. You tailor your plan for you. Promise!
We complete this portion of the training in Session 3.
We also begin gathering data for an ongoing project. We’ll share some of our results during Session 5.
Session 3
We finish the Ducks-in-Rows Strategic Goals Plan exercises, where you’ve created your Blueprint for achieving goals. You’re constructing habits you can use again and again after course completion.
And along the way, we’ve bonded a bit more as accountability partners. If either of us needs help or gets off track, we’re there for each other. And we understand where the other is coming from: we’ve both been workin’ on the Plan!
—–
We continue the data collection project we started last week. We will share some of our results in week 5.
Session 4
After all this hard work, it’s time to s.l.o.w. down! (I am all about non-overwhelm, after all ).
Using an interesting article we read while preparing for this week, we discuss how two famous people landed at the same fascinating historic site … because they s.t.r.a.t.e.g.i.z.e.d the goals to get them there.
We share what stood out for us in our reading, how we mirror (or not) the teams’ approaches, and what we learned from them. And maybe even how we can use their tactics to achieve our current #1 goal!
—–
By our next session, we’ll complete our research project.
Session 5
Today, we share some of our results from the experiment we started in our second week.
We also take a (perhaps eye-opening) look at what motivates each of us, discussing a worksheet we completed as homework. We may even have discovered some surprises about ourselves this past week!
This is one of my favorite meetings and always makes
me wish we had more time together.
There’s definitely some bonding goin’ on!
Session 6
We move to a discussion of how our past – as kids or in the workforce – can derail or help us as we try to reach goals. Sometimes, even the positive stuff can cause problems!
We talk about ways to dump limiting beliefs and embrace empowering ones.
I’ve created a powerful, unique-to-this-training worksheet where we consider important moments that have helped shape today’s mindset.
Don’t worry … there’s no weird kitsch, woo, or creepy music here! I even share a positive story that could have ‘gone negative’!
Session 7
It’s time for our Wrap Up. There’s a bunch to get done as we review our blueprint process. The only bad thing about this session? It’s our last.
Neither of us will leave without feeling better about ourselves. And you’ll see your accomplishments here are not a one-time-use thing.
The Goals Accountability Blueprint process is yours to use for every goal going forward.
“Sounds amazing. What’s my investment?” [USD]

FAQs
Lingering Questions?
"Should I read your book before I take this course?"
Everything I do is about a concept and word I created: “non-overhwhelm”
This course is no different, and we zone in on a few of my 7 Steps to Non-overwhelm as we work through the Strategic Goals Plan. (Step 8 is only available in the book.)
BUT: I explain as we go, and you won’t be lost if you haven’t read the book/workbook.
—–
Having said that, my readers are excited about my small-but-mighty quick read and how it helped them reach non-overwhelm.
I’d love to have you check it out at Welcome to Non-Overwhelm! It takes 1-2 hours to read. Yep. I even non-overwhelmed the book
"Will you show me how to set up my daily schedule, like in the book?"
You’re referring to Step 2: Set up your process. In that section, creating a weekly schedule is part of the conversation.
We won’t have time to work on that during our sessions, but we could discuss it during the optional Check-In (subscription) sessions offered to Goals graduates.
"I can't attend all the meetings. Should I sign up, anyway?"
Since the lessons build on one another, committing to all five meetings is crucial. Plus, the accountability factor includes us supporting one another as we journey through the weeks.
However, sometimes life comes at you fast (!) and an emergency occurs. We can address that if it happens.
If there will be planned ‘misses,’ this may not be a good time for you to attend. Feel free to email me and we’ll schedule a quick chat.
"How long will it take me to reach my #1 goal?"
I don’t know!
Some students set a big goal as their #1, while others go smaller. This course teaches you a logical, uncomplicated, step-by-step process to (a) select the goal to work on n.o.w. and then (b) follow the steps to achieve it.
Even if reaching your #1 goal takes longer than our 5 weeks together, that’s OK!
You’ll still have the process ‘down’ and can use it after your initial training is complete.
(If you decide to purchase the quarterly subscription for weekly Check-in meetings, you’ll have other Goals graduates to lend their ideas and support, too.)
"Do you guarantee my success in this program?"
I guarantee I will deliver my usable, step-by-step, repeatable system for setting and achieving goals.
What students do with the information is out of my control (!) and I cannot guarantee a ‘win’ for everyone.
Success factors for the Goals Accountability Blueprint training include having:
-
- A realistic goal to pursue, though you may not achieve it during our time together.
- A quiet place to faithfully attend the meetings (uninterrupted) and complete the assignments.
- An engaging, helpful attitude as you interact with your accountability partners.
Still not sure if it’s right for you?
