‘Cause that means you’re a busy person who’s serious about achieving goals. Maybe at 2:00 a.m., but it works!

Don’t worry. This isn’t one of those $20,000 programs where you waste your time and don’t learn much.

As you progress through my step-by-step process to goal success, you’ll see.

This is the real deal, and it’s do-able.

Here’s what’s included …


General Information

Think of this training as seven weekly meetings, each designed to teach a specific topic before proceeding to the next week. You’ll work at your own pace but I wanted you to know ‘weekly’ seems to be a good pace for most busy students.

Each session builds on the last, so please complete the training in the order assigned.

I present each lesson and make everything available to you:

    • On your schedule (even if you’re in your jammies cool).
    • As a step-by-step process; pause the video as necessary.
    • Laser-focused on that session’s topic.
    • Repeatable for any goals project.

When the training is complete, you’ll have your actionable blueprint for setting and reaching your achievable goals

Session 1

You’ll dive right in with a hands-on exercise to identify your #1 achievable goal to pursue at this time.

Then you’ll use a workshop to go beyond SMART objectives, taking steps to ‘speficic-ize’ your goal. There’s no question about the direction to take from the very first lesson.

What you learn here anchors the program for you.

Session 2

You begin learning the repeatable Ducks-in-Rows Strategic Goals Plan process. This is the start of your personalized goals blueprint.

You’re creating an actionable strategy, and it’s not for anyone else. You tailor your plan for you. Promise!

You’ll complete this portion of the training in Session 3.

Session 3

Today, you finish the Ducks-in-Rows Strategic Goals Plan exercises, where you’ve created your blueprint for goals success. 

By combining your results from Session 1 with the Plan, you now have your step-by-step process to set and achieve goals. You can use it again and again after course completion.

You’ll also begin an enlightening ongoing project this week. You’ll look at the results during Session 5.

Session 4

After three hard-hitting weeks, it’s time to s.l.o.w. down (I am all about non-overwhelm, after all!).

Using an interesting article, you’ll see how two famous people landed at the same fascinating historic site … because they s.t.r.a.t.e.g.i.z.e.d the goals to get them there.

You’ll note what stood out for you in the reading, how you mirror (or not) the teams’ approaches, and what you learned from them.

Session 5

You’ll review your results from the ongoing experiment started during Session 3, and you’ll take a look at what motivates you to complete a project. Surprises included!

This goes beyond, “I’m motivated if I can mark things off on my to-do list.”

You’ll consider your bottom-line bedrock rules for taking on a project or or for non-overwhelming life by saying, “No.”

Session 6

This week, you move to a ‘discussion’ of how your past – as a kid or in the workforce – can derail or help as you try to reach your goals.

The lesson on mindset presents ways to dump limiting beliefs and embrace empowering ones.

And don’t worry … you haven’t heard it all before. And there’s no weird kitsch, woo, or creepy stuff here!

Session 7

It’s time to Wrap Up, and there’s a bunch to get done as you review the Blueprint process. 

The only bad thing about this session? It’s the last one!

But you’re ready. If you’ve worked diligently through all the exercises, you are armed with a step-by-step process to reach your second goal … and your third … and ….

"Should I read your book before I take this course?"

Everything I do is about a concept and word I created: “non-overhwhelm”

This course is no different, and I zone in on a few of my 7 Steps to Non-overwhelm as you work through the Strategic Goals Plan. (Step 8 is only available in the book.)

BUT: I explain as we go, and you won’t be lost if you haven’t read the book.


Having said that, my readers are excited about my small-but-mighty quick read and how it helped them reach non-overwhelm.

"How long is the course available to me?"

After your payment processes, your access to the course is unlimited. Return to it, as necessary.

"How long will it take me to reach my #1 goal?"

I don’t know!

Some students set a big goal as their #1, while others go smaller. My training course teaches you a logical, uncomplicated, step-by-step process to (a) select the goal to work on n.o.w. and then (b) follow the steps to achieve it.

Even if reaching your #1 goal takes longer than 7 weeks (if you complete one lesson a week), that’s OK!

You’ll still have the process ‘down,’ and can use it after your initial training is complete.

"Do you guarantee my success in this program?"

I guarantee I will deliver my usable, step-by-step, repeatable system for setting and achieving goals.

What students do with the information is out of my control (!) and I cannot guarantee a ‘win’ for everyone.

Success factors for the Goals Accountability Blueprint training include having:

    • A realistic, achievable goal to pursue, though you may not achieve it during our time together.
    • A quiet place to faithfully study – uninterrupted – and to complete the assignments in order.
