From “Create your base” to “Maintain and grow,” here’s how it works for goals.
(Every project, every time … right? )
Because if you’re going to invest time, energy, money …
… you want to start seeing results from the very first session.
You’re in the right place.
Hi! I’m Kathie York.
I’m the Queen of Non-Overwhelm and your Certified Goal Success Life Coach. And I know one of the most exasperating peace-and-calm killers is trying to reach a goal.
Been there.
You’ve probably run into these too: goals courses selling $20,000 software or an expensive mastermind (with a bazillion people on a call).
They throw out a bunch of ideas and you scramble to figure out which ones work for you. Huh?
Ick.
There had to be a better way.
A simple, repeatable blueprint. Live, step-by-step online training. No scrambling. Plus a few others to take the journey with you as encouragers and accountability partners.
Now we’re talkin’!
No one offered it.
So … I created it.
Introducing the
Goals Accountability Blueprint live training
I’m your Certified Goal Success Life Coach, a former biology instructor, and a project manager.
So, yeah.
I’ve had plenty of experience creating a curriculum, teaching the tricky stuff, and strategically guiding goals ducks into rows.
And I want to share some of that with you.
Promise: no boring lectures, tons of reading, or pitches at the end for expensive … anything.

GOALS ACCOUNTABILITY BLUEPRINT: General Information
All students must sign a participant agreement, which outlines this training program and its rules.
—–
We meet for seven 90-minute sessions – each ending with an optional bonus Open Forum time – over a period of seven weeks. All meetings are conducted by an online video call (currently via Zoom).
As your team progresses, you’ll discover the importance of having – and supporting – accountability partners in this important endeavor. You might even overcome self-doubt and fear of change when you follow this program’s easy, repeatable techniques for reaching goals. It works!
Your course fee includes a bonus half-hour 1:1 online meeting with me. We schedule this separately. You can redeem this benefit up to one month after the end of this training. Some students use the 1:1 to set up their work week (as outlined in my book) or as an extra Q&A time for their specific instance.
—–
Your team has a password-protected page on my website. It contains:
The link to join your meetings.
Links to session task sheets.
Notices or reminders from me.
Links to worksheets, articles, etc. used for sessions.
A replay of the working portion of each team meeting (the bonus Open Forum is not recorded).
Each week we (yes … me too!) discuss our progress on our #1 goal.
When the training is complete, you’ll have an actionable blueprint for setting and reaching achievable goals!
Session 1
We get to know each other a bit and then dive into a hands-on exercise to discover what we really want. A good start as we each identify our #1 achievable goal to pursue at this time.
Then we use a workshop to go beyond SMART goals, taking steps to ‘speficic-ize’ our goal. There’s no question about the direction to take from the very first lesson.
What you learn here anchors the program for you.
Session 2
You begin learning an easy, repeatable ducks-in-rows Strategic Goals Plan process. Proven principles apply, and my copyrighted exercises are unique to this training. There’s not a dull moment as you create an actionable plan.
And it’s not a plan for everyone. It’s a plan you tailor for you. Promise!
We complete this portion of the training in Session 3.
Session 3
We complete the Strategic GoalsPlan exercises, where you’ve created your p.e.r.s.o.n.a.l plan for reaching your #1 goal.
And along the way, you’ve bonded a bit more with your accountability partners. If you need help or get off track, they’re there for you. And they understand where you’re coming from. ‘Cause, they just spent two weeks on this!
—–
Everyone also begins an enlightening ongoing project this week. (There is minimal effort outside of class.)
Volunteers will share some of their results during Session 5.
Session 4
After three hard-hitting weeks, it’s time to s.l.o.w. down! (I am all about non-overwhelm, after all ).
If there’s anything we need to wrap up from our Strategic Goals Plan exercise, that comes first.
Then, using an interesting article, we see how two famous people landed at the same fascinating historic site … because they s.t.r.a.t.e.g.i.z.e.d the goals to get them there.
We discuss what stood out for us in our reading, how we mirror (or not) the teams’ approaches, and what we learned from them.
Session 5
This time, volunteers share their results from the ongoing experiment started during Session 3.
We also take a (perhaps eye-opening) look at what motivates each of us. Surprises included! Volunteers share some of their results
This is one of my favorite meetings and always makes
me wish we had more time together. There’s definitely some bonding goin’ on this week!
Session 6
If necessary, we complete items from last week.
Then we move to a discussion of how our past – as kids or in the workforce – can derail or help us as we try to reach goals.
We talk about how we can dump limiting beliefs and embrace empowering ones. And don’t worry … there’s no weird kitsch, woo, or creepy stuff here!
Session 7
It’s time for our Wrap Up. There’s a bunch to get done, and we may need the entire 90 minutes for the training portion of the meeting.
The only bad thing about this session? It’s our last.
You won’t leave it without feeling better about yourself. And you’ll see your accomplishments here are not a one-time thing.
The Goals Accountability Blueprint is yours to use again and again!

Note about the order form
The order form may use the term “Membership” since we have sessions over a period of several weeks. I can’t edit that text, but don’t worry. “Membership” refers only to this course.
It takes about an hour to read and costs < $15. Yep. I even non-overwhelmed the book
"Will you show us how to set up our daily schedules, like in the book?"
You’re referring to the non-Overwhelm book’sStep 2: Set up your process. In that section, creating a weekly schedule is part of the conversation.
Since every person’s needs are different, we won’t have time to work on that during our group sessions.
However, this is a great place to take advantage of your bonus 1:1 time with me.
"I can't attend all the meetings. Should I sign up, anyway?"
Since the lessons build on one another, committing to all seven meetings is crucial. Plus, the accountability partners factor includes all of us supporting one another as we journey through the weeks.
However, sometimes life comes at you fast (!) and an emergency occurs. Since the training portion of our meetings is recorded, you would need to catch up before the next session.
If there will be planned ‘misses,’ this may not be a good time for you to attend. Please remember: new groups begin several times within a calendar year.
Feel free to email me and we’ll schedule a quick chat.
"How long will it take me to reach my #1 goal?"
I don’t know!
Some students set a big goal as their #1, while others go smaller. This course teaches you a logical, uncomplicated, step-by-step process to (a) select the goal to work on n.o.w. and then (b) follow the steps to achieve it.
Even if reaching your #1 goal takes longer than our 7 weeks together, that’s OK!
You’ll still have the process ‘down,’ and can continue to use it after your initial training is complete.
"Do you guarantee my success in this program?"
I guarantee I will deliver a usable, step-by-step, repeatable system for setting and achieving goals.
What students do with the information is out of my control and I cannot guarantee their success.
Success factors for the Goals Accountability Blueprint include having:
A realistic goal to pursue, though you may not achieve it during our time together.
A quiet place to faithfully attend the meetings (uninterrupted) and complete the assignments.
An engaging, helpful attitude as you interact with your accountability partners.
